White board paint?

Hi all,
I know that there is chalk board stickers and paint to use for tags, etc. I'm wondering if there is a similar paint that leaves a white board, dri-erase type of finish on chipboard or wood tag? I think that the hardware store sells a spray paint, but then I don't know if one could dolly it up with ink, paper and embellishments.

I think I found it. Turns out that DecoArt makes a clear chalkboard paint that you can pretty much paint over any surface. Then just use a chalk marker and it will wet wipe off. Here's a link to a project: DIY // Chalkboard anything to-do list.


Now I just have to learn where I can buy it and the chalk markers. I've looked for chalk markers in my area before and could'nt find them. If you know of anywhere, I'm open to ideas. Checked Mr. Blick and he doesn't have the paint.

You can use dry-erase markers on glass and other non-porous surfaces, too. I'm guessing you could use any gloss finish and it would work. If you have anything on hand, try it on some scrap and see if it works - could save you some $$...
