Where is the large spiderweb stamp coming from?

I keep seeing this stamp and I love it but where did it come from? Is it a retired set or what? Thanks!

It is from the new holiday mini catalog. If you are a non-demo you can order it on Sept 1. I ordered it (demo pre-order) but it is currently on backorder. I love this set too. Can't wait to use it.

The set is called Web Wishes. It's a very cute set and coordinates with Lady Bug Picnic and Cute as a Bug. It's a fun set.

Thanks so much! I guess I will have to ask my demo for a peek at the holiday mini. I have the Cute as a Bug set already but I guess I will have to extend my collection!
