I have a book called Paper Bouquet by Susan Tierney Cockburn. It uses specific punches. I've seen a few people post cards made from this book. I would suggest you also search Youtube. I've made a few from there and most don't require a lot of special punches. It's a start. Have fun!

Klutz makes a couple of books for making paper flowers. The books have the paper and supplies in them. You will find them in the childrens crafts area of a book store or toy/craft store.
