I have donated stamping materials of all types to a group that does day camp for children. They were so sweet to send a thank you banner for the materials.

Default The problem with selling...

Having said that,
The only problem I can foresee with donating dies is if you don't have a machine to run them.
So if the place can sell them...that's great!

I have bought off the website for Goodwill in the past myself. And I have seen supplies at local charity stores.
I am retiring (after close to 20 years) as an SU! demonstrator and just checked UPS and USPS for shipping - it is more or less $10 on both for a small flat rate envelope or box. How can we charge someone $10 shipping on a bundle we might be selling for $15?! I think I will be donating, as well. Already have quite a few set aside for a stamping friend who makes the cards sent out by her church.

Sue,
A lot of stampers have gone to unmounting stamps so they can use them in a stamping platform- MISTI, Stamparatus, etc. You can get a LOT of unmounted stamps in a flat rate envelope. Also reasonable for mailing just one set or two, since they won't weigh much.
Just an option.
