I bought mine from Close to my Heart. They are wonderful! The smallest is
1" x 1". They have finger grooves on the sides that make them comfortable to stamp with. All my blocks are from them (I'm not a demo for them, by the way, just a very happy customer!).
The Angel Company has many sizes from 1" up and they are pretty resonable I think.

smARTworks sells some smaller size blocks and they also make custom sizes... just tell them what size you want. Their blocks are thick and have smooth edges and corners... really nice quality. They do not have grid lines on them, however.
Archiver's has quite a few small acrylic blocks in various sizes from 1 x 1's to little oblong ones for words and sentiments! They keep these in their "Hot Spot" area. Everything in the Hot Spot is $1.99. I have several small ones from Archiver's. They work great with all the Hot Spot acrylic stamps they always have on hand! I LOVE the Hot Spot at Archivers! Not only stamps but scrapbook supplies and inks are in the Hot Spot. It's just way too convenient to drive by and stop in on my way home from work!! I can pull in and pull out way too easily!
