If you are going to cover them, I would go to Ebay. Last Christmas I got 200 Miller Lite chipboard coasters for under $5 with free shipping! Since I was covering them with paper for post-it note holders, the image that was printed on them did not matter. If you have any friends who work at bars or restaurants, hit them up for some...they get them in huge quantities and probably would sell you a bunch for a low cost.
