No way to know, and if it's like last year we won't find out until a sweet sharing demo gets a NEW IB&C in her hands. I think last year, with convention, there was about a 2 day over-lap between when word hit about items (other than stamp sets) that had been discontinued and the last moment to order from the 03-04 catalog. SU! was slammed!

I wish they'd tell us everything that was being discontinued. Maybe not this early, but it'd sure be nice to get that list in mid-June, anyway.

There are some wheels that clearly match certain sets. In the past, when those sets retired, the wheels usually did as well! :(

They typically do not post any retiring accesories and wheels are considered accessories. That would ruin all the fun of the new catty wouldn't it?

Stampin' Up! does not announce the retirement of the wheels or accessories for the simple fact that what they have on hand is pretty much it. With stamps set, it's easy for them to manufacture more if needed because of demand. On the other hand, accessories and presumably the wheels, are not manufactured by SU and will not be able to get additional supplies of them since I'm sure they've already told the manufacturer that those items will no longer be carried by SU.
Hope that makes sense. The advise given earlier about the wheels and the coordinating sets, is what I have seen since I've been a demo.

I'd guess that the dandelion wheel will go since Seeds of Kindness is out.
