This week I am going to finish, with God as my witness, a somewhat cool 9x9 chipboard album about a trip to Universal Studios that I started ages ago. I have big stack of scrappin' projects to get to but I am forcing myself to finish this one before I start on something new. It will be done when I leave a morning crop this Friday.

I saw something similar on the Internet made from parchment, ad thought how lovely that would be for a New Baby, So I set on making a template for me to cut on the craft robo, designed in inkscape and cut on craft robo from peach and gold perfumed card..
Well, I did Cards for the Troops Challenges with 10 challenges and made 15 cards that are posted in my gallery. Then I tackled a card kit swap I am in....three spots so put together 18 card kits today. and now I am working on another swap and two birthday cards that need to go out tomorrow.

I have decided this is the year I will finally tackle Lisa Bearnson's 50 Moments book. I have started journaling for #1-5 and sketched some layouts. Nothing is finished yet, though.

I've been stamping desk calendars for two co-workers and one for myself today. They are 5x7" and you buy one of those $1.00 stand up plastic frames from Wal-Mart to put them in. I've gotten through to September. They will get the unfinished set tomorrow and I will finish up with the rest this week.

I'm working on thank you notes for my preschoolers and girl scouts. I'm using a snowflake design and Taken w/Teal and a light blue. Sounds a little goofy, but I'm liking it!
I made a few bookmarks for a friend of mine. On the 1st, Robyn, at My Pink Stamper, had a challenge to create something for someone else to start the year off the right way...
Saturday I shipped off my first huge box of cards to an Airforce surgeon who goes to our church. I am working on cards for the troops like crazy these days....I have probably 3000 card fronts to go through and refresh then mount and send off to our men and women who are serving us.
blessings.
