I love Lovely as a Tree, Flannel Plaid background, and while I don't have it yet, the new set Winds of Grace would make nice cards too. It is on my list.
I like the ones mentioned here. I use the fishin one, the lighthouses, the classic cars, All Aboard, tractor, trucks, Papa's pocket, golf. Not all men love sports so I also use masculin flowers - sunflowers, daisy,

Did you guys mean the "Angler" fishing set? My SIL, raestamps, has made some awesome cards with this set, even a funny "Godfather" movie spoof card. Here's one from her gallery....
I like Wildlife Reserve, too, but not as much as I loved the old Wildlife set, which I foolishly sold off years ago. I could kick myself now!
Now I like the new western sets and papers (don't forget that a lot of designer papers can work to set a masculine theme), any of the animal ones. Well, maybe not the Silly Sealife type. A lot of the backgrounds are good. There really are a lot, come to think of it!
Winds of Grace is my new favorite from this catalog. It is SO EASY to use--I've never had a card turn out bad with it!
But my all-time favorite that I will NEVER part with is Classic Pickups. I made some awesome cards with that if I do say so myself!!! And a scrapbook page I made with it was on the display boards at our 2007 National Convention.

I have had issues with finding masculine items as well. I just got loads of love, and hoping that can be used somewhat masculine. There was a computer related set that just retired that I am wishing I had ordered that would have been good as well. Any of the cowboyish ones I think will be good too. I have thought about some of the wilderness ones, but I just didnt like any of them well enough?
I would love to see SU! make some sort of set of generic masculine stamps. not necessarily an item, but just something that says "masculine" I dont even have any ideas, you know?
I love all my fishing sets, my Dad is a huge fisherman. I also have Papa's Pocket, Clasic Pick Ups, I use the fish from Tucon of My Love, The Bug sets are nice, Fire Brigade (spelling?), any sports set works out, Loads of Love, All Wraped up, Treat Yourself makes a great Coleman lantern card, and I forgot the new set's name but the fishing set with the man that has no face.
I am struggling to get ideas for masculine cards. What are your favorite stamp sets from SU for making masculine cards?? TIA:confused:
I love to use Angler, Born to Ride (it doesn't have to be for someone who has a motorcycle, all men like the bike stamps I have found out), Classic Convertibles is another hit with men, its cars!, Godspeed for military men or relatives in the service and To the Finish for race fans. All of these are retired, but I keep them just for the fact that they are "manly"!
Enjoy and I hope this helps out.
Another vote for Lovely as a Tree for all the reasons stated above. I have both the Classic Cars and Trucks that I use quite often. I also have the Back Nine if the guy is a golfer.
