Default What's the name of these SU stamp sets...

I have a few retired Stampin Up stamp sets I don't know the names of and am desperately hoping someone out there can help!!!

The first one is a set of 4 from 1999 of a guy playing hockey, a hockey skate, helmet, and (you'll be able to tell I don't know anything about hockey at this point) the stick you hit the puck with.

The second one is also a set of 4 from 1997 which includes a patchwork heart, 2 different patchwork squares, and a cute star with white pock-a-dots.

That's it... do you know the name of either of those sets?

The patchwork one that you described is called Patches. I'll keep researching the hockey one for you

Default Thanks!

Thanks everyone for all the info (lol, I can't believe I didn't know it was called a hockey stick - thanks for letting me know )! Now that I know the names, could anyone tell me what they sold for in the catalog? I don't have the 1999 or 1997 catalogs. I appreciate the fast responses!

Thanks again,

Rachel

I found the Patches set in the 1997 and 1998 catalogs. In 1997, rubber mounted went for 5.25 and wood mounted went for 8.95. In 1998, rubber mounted went for 6.50 and wood mounted went for 9.95. I'm still looking for Puck Play and I'll let you know when I find it!

HTH,
Laura

I have a feeling it might be On Ice.

I've looked high and low and can't find Puck Play. It may have been in a mini-catalog. I sort of remember seeing this set at one point in time. I looked through my old minis and I don't have any from 1999. Sorry!

Default the hockey set

I can't find a picture of the On Ice set, but I did find one of Puck Play on ebay. Puck Play has a few stamps that look just like mine - the guy playing hockey, the skate, and the helmet, but no hockey stick. Does On Ice have 4 stamps in the set?

Thanks for all the help!
