Sigh...I think my demo is the only demo in NC to not have catalogs yet. I finally broke down and looked at it online. I only paged through it quickly though because I'd really rather have it in hand to savor slowly. One thing I did notice is that there are lots of cool new jumbo wheels!

Default what about "define your life"

Has anyone seen these up close? They are barely visible on the website and I'm wondering what they're really like...

I'm hoping the mini catalogs will make up for the lack of them in the big catalog. is the mini twice a year? I forgot how this works.

I think the best things are the sets they've gotten to replace the AYC stamp sets. All the beautiful sample cards are a close second; I just may have to pick up a hard copy of this catty rather than relying on the online version!

I spent about an hour going through the online catty. I was disappointed that there were no new masculine or outdoor themed sets. I agree with another comment on the fishing set. The style is definately not for me. I did like the patterned papers, but they are difficult to really see online. I hope to get a REAL book next weekend!! I'm sure I'll still spend $$$ over the next 6 months with SU, but it may be on paper and accessories.

Has anyone seen the Build a Brad set at the bottom of 189. I almost peed my pants - are you kidding me -- build a brad using some of that beautiful designer paper -- I can't wait to get my fingers on it and try it out!!!!

This isn't going to be available unfortunately, from what I remember from another thread. Something to do with quality issues. :( Hopefully they'll figure out the issues and be able to make it available again.

This set is probably one of my favorites in this catty. For each letter of the alphabet there's a word with a definition like it would look in the dictionary. For example,

al-ways: {ol'waz} Every minute of every day. Forever: unchanging. At all times; invariably."

(Of course, the pronunciation has all the little symbols and stuff too.)

Oh yeah, they're about 1 inch by 2 inches.

I don't like many of the new sets. So many look like others that we have had in the past. Not being a demo have no plans in buying them. How many circles can we use?? Not into the solid stamps. Like to color them. Do like the papers and the double stitched ribbon. Quite disappointed in the Christmas sets.

I LOVE so many things in the new catty! This is bad because I already have 379 SU sets, many wheels, and all the ink pads. I didn't need another thing. Guess I will be having a stamp sale soon of retired stuff!

Must have HERE KITTY KITTY!!!! This was my favorite, I have four cats and love animals and like the doodle look so this was awesome!

Also want:
Moose You
Zoofari
Boatloads of Love
Batty for You
Haunting Halloween
Big on Christmas
Whale Wishes
Dog Gone It
Bronc Buster
Wanted
Totally Tabs

Baroque background

and a lot of wheels!

Check out post #80 - it has all the words.

If you use the magnafying glass on the on-line catty, you can see the one larger sample of how they look.

I'm a customer, not a demo, and these were my favorites after looking at the online catalog:

Moose You
Refuge and Srength
God is Love
Bundle Of Joy
Garden Whimsy
On the Fly (I think I'm the only person in the world that likes this set!)
Please Come
Polka Dot BG
Short -n- Sweet

I still want Happy Camper and Wildlife Reserve as well - I never bought them last year.

I really like the set called "Seasonal Whimsy" on p. 109.
It's very, very different!
