I can't believe I saw this thread.....I had a bad accident last Nov. and haven't stamped since.....I finally got back on SCS a few weeks ago and I was thinking of asking the same question....it seems the nestabilities are hot...but for the life of me I can't understand how to get the embossed image..I've watched the video at Wizard and it doesn't show that...can someone explain or PM me!!! I'm looking for anything to get me inspired and stampin again!!! Found a good deal on the Wizard.....so what nestabiliteis do I want???? Hope this isn't hijacking!!!
I would do a search for this question on SCS. There are tons of threads about using the Nesties, etc and it all depends on your machine too.

Cupcakes are VERY often seen on cards as are silhouette images. Also, Cuttlebug embossing folders are a hot new thing (they now have folders that both emboss and die cut). Also, JustRite's new monogram set is great! I just got it last week (online) and it's so much fun to make personalized gift cards!

Add me to the list of people who don't care for chandelier stamps! But then I'm not a fan of the sock monkey either. No offense to anyone! My mother used to make them for all the grandchildren but they never appealed to me.

Not a chandelier fan. Don't understand what you would use a chandelier card for! "Thank you for the lighting. It was great to see you!" I don't know. It just doesn't do it for me.
LOVE scallop everything! I hope that style is here to stay!
From the new SU catalog, it looks like "organic" is in --- flowers that are kind of "mod" looking.
In fashion, I'm noticing a lot of bright colors this season -- bright yellows in particular. And again, kind of mod clothing too. Swing jackets with big buttons...ah, but I digress.
Copic markers fer shur. Anything that can be colored in with Copics.
Be sure to go blog hopping to check out the latest styles as well.
Thanks for listening!
Maybe you could send a chandelier card and say 'You light up my life!':-D

Chandeliers are not for me. Neither is the sock monkey. I remember getting one as a gift as a little girl and thinking they were ugly. Love my cuttlebug, nesties and love getting out sets I haven't used for awhile. A nice card of anything would brighten my day!
Thanks..gonna buy the Wizard...just gonna try and figure it out by myself...I only want to do embossing....
I have a Wizard I never use, now that I have a CBug. PM me! We can talk!
(Back to OP ... for me, the hottest thing is the CBug folders and the scorepal and all the cool effects you can get with them. Another is the multiple flaps cards where the main object opens and under it the second layer turns out to be a flap and under it is where you write your note.)

nope- you're not alone- there are a bunch of us who don't like that sock monkey guy!
Target has the sock monkey stuffed animal now- and there was a group at Convention who had that as their mascot - and I believe there was an organized swap for the Sock Monkey- so he has his fans. Those of us who don't like him don't have to worry about hurting his feelings or anything.
