I have the house all to myself Sat. night. My DH and cub scout son are going to Quincy MA to the USS Salem for an overnight on the ship. My oldest has a birthday party/sleepover.
In the morning I'm going shopping with my stamping-enabler-cousin to stock up on whatever strikes our fancy. Then I have a church meeting in the afternoon. After dropping off my son at the birthday party I'm planning on getting myself something nice for dinner, playing with my Bella stamps, and renting "The Devil Wears Prada".
In between attending daughters' basketball games Saturday morning, volleyball practice and pizza party Saturday mid-day, and all-day volleyball tournament Sunday (who schedules these things on Superbowl Sunday???), I will try to work on my valentine project for my parents. Got the idea here (of course)--a vase full of coasters on dowels, decorated with my kids' pictures and wishes to grandma and grandpa. Have to mail the finished product to Arizona, so need it done at least a week in advance...

Tomorrow - my birthday! - I'll be spending at dd basketball game in the morning, cleaning house some, grocery shopping and then we are going out to eat with some friends for dinner.
Sunday, - church then a make up basket ball game for DD followed by some Superbowl snack prep! I watch for the commercials only!
I really, really, really hope to find some time to participate in VSN, make some cards and finish the calendar that dh was supposed to get for Christmas!

I'm teaching a CM Get Together on Saturday, but other than that, my "kid-free" time is going to be spent trying out the Gamsol technique with my new prismacolors and playing dress-up with my Bellas!
Tomorrow my friend is taking me on a girly shopping trip which I am soooo excited about. Will spend the evening with my OH (possible cinema trip). Sunday morning I have a driving lesson and then hope to spend a few hours in the afternoon working on a 50th birthday card for my Mum and a thank you card for the friend who is taking me shopping tomorrow.
Finish name frames for dd's rooms,Make a baby paint can stamped onesie and what ever elsi I have to put in there. I thought I had a month left to make it but the baby had a change of plans Hopefully start some 6x6 recipe cards all while my mom has the kids on sat. Maybe if my husbands lucky ill clean the whole house on sunday.
My friend/neighbor is having an SU party tomorrow afternoon, so I'll go spend some money over there!
I am not believing that no one mentioned VSN!!!!!!!!!! Tonight and tomorrow ladies! Hope to see you there!
I was beginning to think that same thing! I'm going grocery shopping Saturday morning, but tonight -- 20 minutes from now to be exact -- and tomorrow afternoon/evening, I'll be knee-deep in VSN. See you later!
My hubbie is taking me out for dinner tonight and tomorrow I am hosting a SU party and I just made the decision today to sign up to be a demo! So I am going to have a VERY COOL WEEKEND.
Saturday we are going to my oldest DD's basketball game, younger DD is having a friend sleep over that night. Sunday, going out to lunch for my Mom's 83 birthday and then I am planting my self right in front of the TV to watch the Colts cream da Bears!!!!! Got to browse the catalog because I am leaving my job after 16 years and as a going away present they got me a $200 SU gift certificate. Much better than a gold watch!
I'm just getting over a nasty cold and we have below zero temps moving in, so I refuse to exit the house this weekend. My plans will include: laundry, stamping index cards I vol'd for, laundry, stitching, laundry, stamping up some birthday cards, laundry, reading, vacuuming, and did I mention...laundry?

I'm going to work up a project to teach using the coasters for boxes. This is for a craft group I'm in that meets once a month and each member picks a month to teach the craft. My month is March and have to have the sample a month ahead to show. Thanks to this group I ordered and received coasters from The American Coaster Company.
I finished my Valentine cards and decorated "goodie" bags for a crop I'm hosting next week end and prepared 2 stamping projects for the middle schoolers to do Wed. night at church. Didn't know if I could get all this accomplished-I'm knee deep in laundry also!;)
I went to our Girl Scout camp as site director- I just help if anyone needs it and make sure everything is back where it belongs and clean before they leave.
So since I have plenty of time to myself- I took boxes of stamping stuff and played- I really hated missing VSN, when's the next one?
