I used to be a Stampin Up "hobby" demo a few years ago. I really love their stamps and other products. I also love Close to My Heart.
Today, I just found out about, A Muse and O.M.G. I LOVE their Christmas stuff. I basically only stamp Christmas cards, so that's basically what I'm interested in.
I didn't realize they were a company that you could have home parties. Happy about that.
So this got me thinking...what other stamp companies am I missing out on? I guess I get tunnel vision when I find something that I like. I get all excited about that one/two companies and I don't seem to look anywhere else.
What's your favorite? Whether it's a home/catalog type company or an online one?

I'm a New Mexico girl at heart, even though I now live in Texas, and SouthWest images are my favorite. There are 2companies that I especially like: Stamp-a-Mania and B & J's.
Penny Black, Hero Arts, Stampendous.
About a third of my Penny Black collection is just Christmas .
Impression Obsession, I have a growing wishlist there...
This question comes up every now and then..My favs are: Oxford Impressions, Artistic Outpost, Paperbag Studios, Character Constructions, Viva Las Vegas Stamps, Lost Coast Designs, Red Lead, Quietfire Designs, Waltzing Mouse...that list will keep you busy for awhile.
I love the fanstasy art offered by Queen Kat Designs. So far I have fairies, witches, mermaids, elves and some steampunk!! The detail is awesome, and the prices are reasonable.
Check out the member companies forums on SCS too. I love The Cats Pajamas, My Favorite things, and a number of others that also do monthly releases. Also Lawn Fawn!
I just got some awesome background stamps from Rubbernecker.
PTI - they have a lot of very pretty stuff.
SU - my SIL is a demo so that's how I got started. I like their inks and paper a lot.
Penny Black confuses me - half of the stamps are very graphic and elegant and the other half are cute cute cute. I buy the graphic stuff.
I just bought an amazing border stamp from Lost Coast.

kory, those are great links! Some very interesting things did I spy with my little eye!
One thing about Papertrey Ink is that you can get in on the release drawings every month. If you go to their website and then click on Nichole's blog at the top (it's called {capture the moment}) and subscribe to it, you'll get emails about their monthly releases. Starting on the 10th of the month and running up to the 15th, you can leave a comment about the day's preview of that month's release on the blog and every day for those five days there is a $75 gift certificate winner randomly picked from the comments. I do it every month. Maybe I'll win someday.
The only downside is it forces you to look at and (inevitably) lust after their stuff. They do have some pretty great sets, if you are into their kind of thing.
You may already know all this. It's not like PTI isn't a well known entity. Just saying.

My favorite is Pink Persimmon. (OK, I'm a bit biased, I own the company with my sister!).
I love that there is so much variety online, so you are sure to find something that fits your style preference. Nobody else mentioned Taylored Expressions and they have really cute designs too.

I probably own stamps from just about every company mentioned above. I love to watercolor or color or paint a lot and send these cards to all my gal friends. But, I have not found a company that has stamps of vintage women or whatever era in beautiful clothes to color. I just love the few that I have which I think are from craft secrets. If anyone knows of any or even angels would be beautiful to paint I would be most grateful. I'm not into cutsey very much so that eliminates that style. Thanks for anyone's help!!!
Gosh. There are so many stamp companies that I love.
Rubber:
Bombshell Stamps has fabulous vintage images that are wonderful for cards for men.
Third Coast has a huge range of stamps but are not currently shipping.
Kraftin' Kimmie's stamps are such fun.
Susana's Custom Art & Stamps has a great selection of stamps.
Taylored Expressions Stamps
Rubbernecker
Purple Onion
Stamp Zia
Onyx Expressions
Stampers Anonymous
Clear Stamps:
Technique Tuesday
Crafty Secrets
and on and on...
I have so many favorites that I'm afraid I will forget some, but here's my list:
Lili of the Valley
Whimsy Stamps
Wild Rose Studio
Waltzingmouse Stamps
Catslife Press
Verve Stamps
I'm sure I'm forgetting some, but these are my favorites off the top of my head.
If you want to do some funny christmas images Stampalicious is my go to company. I sell cards at a couple of farmers' markets and my customers as laugh out loud at these images and sayings. Too funny and they are a beautiful acrylic stamp to stamp with, one of the best I have used.
