What is your favorite NEW Christmas stamp or die set ?
I am looking for a new Christmas stamp set or a die set. So far nothing has inspired me to buy what I have seen . What is your favorite set this year ?

there are some new sets and dies coming out in the new SU holiday catty, you might find something there, can start ordering beginning of September I think. The sneak peeks should be coming soon.
I'm waiting to see what Lili of the Valley releases...should be soon! They did a partial but the main is yet to come. I think Memory box did a huge release...I love their dies. I should go look but that's always dangerous lol.
Honestly I have plenty to use here I havent yet. So they are new to me!
SSS "For to Us" clear set: Scripty words "For to us a child is born. To us a Son is given" and "Good tidings of great joy" along with some scattered branches and potential poinsettias.
Stampin' Up has a new angel set, and a set with a matching punch that makes a gingerbread, reindeer, etc. Those are my two new favorites coming out in September.
I also really love Joyful nativity in the annual catalog. To me it is a lovely traditional Christmas set that you will want to keep for years to come.
I have the Cricut Explore, so I designed my own "die cut". I am going to let the Cricut cut the design I made, and it's flat and mail-able, so I am pretty happy about how it looks. I plan to have a embossing folder background, and stamp the message inside that will be Christmas themed. I'm pretty happy about it , and can make several at a time! This will be my go-to Christmas Card this year! I really can't wait to get them going! Just got to find the time, since I still work full time.
I haven't seen anything yet for this year. But I don't need to see any new sets since I have a couple from last year that haven't seen ink. Plus I bought the "All Through the House" kit from Papertrey Ink last year that I haven't had time to play with, so that's probably what I'll use.

To set the record straight on Stampin'Up! (I am a Demo)--the new Fall/Winter catalog is available NOW for Demonstrator-only access. We can view the catalog on the website or in print if you got your catalogs at the start of the month. The catalog goes "live" to everyone on September 1, and will be posted on the webpage at www.stampinup.com. We are also allowed to pre-order items in the catalog to make samples for our upcoming workshops. Just one of the benefits of being a Demonstrator--I love sneak peeks at anything!
The catalog is a combination of Halloween, Fall and Holiday items--they even have New Year's stamps! There are tons of Christmas motifs and greetings, many "bundled" with a hand punch or Sizixx Die for easy cut-outs. I am not allowed to give out too much information to the public until September 1, but take it from me you will not be disappointed. I can mention that SU! has several great "kits" with everything in it to make Holiday Cards, tags and home d�cor. I will be making some of my cards this year with a kit; people will think I spent hours on them!
I KNEW i shouldn't have clicked the link to this forum discussion from the newsletter. I SWORE I wouldn't get any new Christmas stamps, but that Penny Black release looks fabulous. You are all enablers!
I should NOT have clicked in to this thread! I had myself convinced there would be NO NEW BUYING of holiday stamps or dies. I have plenty! Some I have bought and not used from previous years.
Then I clicked on the Penny Black link. Oh dear. I'm done for.
I can't wait for this new catalog to go live in 5 days!!! After scrolling through the sneak peeks I want all the dies and about 80% of the stamps!! Enablers...you are all enablers.:-P:rolleyes:
