I love SU and PTI for matching paper, inks, ribbons, etc.
PTI gets most of my money, but SU images to color are the best, especially flowers.
When I see embellishments and punches I want, I go to my lss. After that, it's www.franticstamper.com . It's rare to want something she doesn't have. n I've been buying from Beverly at www.preciousscraps.com, but you have to know what you want.
Being that I make about 40 baby cards per month, I'll buy any baby set out there, lol! Be sure and let me know when you see a new oone!!
Allthatscraps.com and unitystampco.com... right now they are my 2 fave places to shop, other than SU and CTMH...
Forgot to mention PTI for CS and Ink (and some sets.. I love their stuff but I have too many stamps as it is!) Their White CS is amazingly copic friendly

I know Papertrey Ink is very popular. I'm just wondering if they ever have sales or a discount code? I want a few sets but can't spring it right now and I can't see paying $6.50 on shipping one set a time :/ HELP!!!
The Angel Company ( a party/rep company with a very eclectic stamp selection that I really like)
My reps for TAC and CTMH are both terrific. For every one of the independent stamp companies above, I've dealt with the owners directly at some time, and even met some of them, and they are all wonderful. I really love all my stamps from each company and also really like buying from them because the companies are owned and operated by great people. I highly recommend all of them for both quality stamps and great customer service.

No, they don't. Maybe there is somebody who would shop with you and you could reach free shipping that way, or split it at least. Just a thought.
Another place for great unmounted rubber: River City Rubber Works: http://www.rivercityrubberworks.com/
They also have mounted rubber and other goodies, I've only ever bought the unmounted stuff.
KitchenSinkStamps.com - I CANNOT believe no one made note of this one! The name will get you to the site and the stamps will keep you there.
Rubber Romance (already mentioned)
and a bunch more that were mentioned
Right now my favorite non-SU company is Unity. Such amazing quality AND quantity for the money. And such sweet, sweet people to deal with. Their Kit of the Month is just amazing!
I also love Papertrey Ink for the cardstock/ribbons/buttons as well as their stamps.
I refuse to look at any others because I simply cannot afford another addiction.
And I think they have a sale going on for the next couple of days, if I remember the banner ad correctly.
I've never ordered from them, how are their multi-step stamps? They seem both awesome and intimidating.
I LOVE Kitchen Sink Stamps... or shall I say that I am addicted to multi-step stamps?
On my blog you can find many pictures. They are very easy to stamp and the result is stunning. It is important that you play a bit with your inks, you can get very different results by using the same stamp and different color combos. Every time I get a new multi-step stamp set I play a bit on copy paper, just to learn how to "build" the image.

I also love Flourishes and Papertrey.
I have some backgrounders from Cornish Heritage and they are very good quality stamps.
