What would be the dimensions for each layer on this card?

I love the look of this layered card. What would be the dimensions for cutting each layer of cardstock for this card? Neither the OP or the CASE'r mentioned it.

Here is my guess:
5.5x4.25 red base layer
5.25x4 white embossed layer
4.25x3 red
4x2.75 pattern paper
3.5x2.25 red
3.25x5 white with stamped image
