Question What is this thing called? Card Display

Several times I have seen someone's card displayed on a round thing that looks like an upside down metal hair brush, or round piece of wood w/ nails (inverted) sticking up.
Does anyone know what this is called? Are they made for another purpose, and where can it be found?

Thanks so much~~~

Sounds like a frog. They're made for flower arrangements, so you could try looking in the floral department.
