Default What stamp set would you get a teacher?

My daughter has a teacher and an aide in her classroom. I am getting the teacher "Teacher time" for christmas, but what set would be good for the aide to use in the classroom? HELP! I had thought about getting the tattoo kits for them? What do you think? Is there something better I'm overlooking? Deb :o)

I know my son's teacher already has a huge basket of stamps on her desk and probably does not need more. The aide, however, probably has none. What type of aide is she? A student helper (we have high school kids that come help) or a teacher in training-type aide? If she's a teacher in training, any set would probably be appreciated.

My girls' teachers have purchased from me before and they buy the wheels and accessories. This way it's quick and easy, the kids don't mess up ink pads if they get to use them and they can decorate sacks, place mats, bulletin boards, cards, etc.

In our district, each kindergarten class has an aide. Just to help the teacher out. There is also a high school student intern in the afternoon as well, to get some hands on experience. I REALLY like the idea of the wheels. Perhaps I'll get a couple of wheels and a handle and an ink cartridge! I knew I could count on all of you to help me out! THANKS!

I got all three of my kids teacher the Kid Cards stamp set, plus a black ink cartridge. I will also give them a pack of crayon and a sample of the "Color it yourself" cards. That way they can make some for the kids if they want to.

Hugs and smiles.

I second Michelle that wheels are fun-very easy. We used them to show we had seen the agenda book and check for parental messages. Red cartridge with something with stars is always good for kiddos.

As a teacher (and of course I can't speak for ALL of them  ) I think the idea of the Kid Cards is great! That way she can make her students cards or other things for all occasions. Or any stamp set that has a thank you, thinking of you, etc. Teachers like to be able to make cards at a moment's notice when the need arises.

When my students are sick or their dog dies (and yes that happens often) I like to be able to drop them a line so they know I'm thinking of them, when they give me something (regardless of how small) I like to say "thank you", when they've achieved something special I like to acknowledge that as well.

Default teacher stamp ideas

My mother is a teacher and I have done quite a bit with her coworkers. I have found that most of them order every day stamps over the teacher sets. They like to make cards for eachother as well as students. I think a birthday set or like Beate said, something like Kid Cards are great because they can make cards for anyone. Also, I have stamped bags and then made matching memo cubes, beaded pens, card and envie or sometimes instead of the cube, I've made the small legal pads w/ covers. These are a HUGE hit. So maybe get them a set and make this gift package w/ that set.

I know there are some examples of this in the gallery.
