It doesn't belong in a set, it is an incentive stamp. Demos can buy these in sets to give away.

I have that particular stamp, and it is part of the Fanciful Favourites (one of the first sets I ever bought! still love it)set. The date on mine is 2001 though, so maybe it was an incentive stamp and then later put into a set?

Loved that stamp and lost it in my messy stamp room!!! I got it as an incentive a long time ago----it was like my signature stamp!

The one from Fanciful Favorites was much larger, but same style. The one pictured above is a small incentive stamp.

Thank you! I thought it was fanciful favorites at first too, but that one has a different number of rays around the sun, so I knew it wasn't fanciful favorites. Thank you everyone!
