I end up using flower sets all the time...like Mixed Bouquet...that's been my favorite set for a year now, and I'm still not sick of it. You can do so much with it. Also, you can send a flower card with almost any saying to anyone but a guy...Besides, who wants to send a handmade card to guys anyway... probably 90% of them wouldn't even realize it's handmade. LOL-- except for our DHs because if they're like mine, they hear more about stamping and SU than they would ever care to know.
I have a few sets that I use over and over:
warm words
paisley background
sassy stems
celebrate in style
And I actually am getting a lot of use out of 2 sets of hostess stamps. Usually the hostess pickings aren't that great. I found this years selection to be excellent.
I have especially loved Reason to Smile and Basketful of fun
I started trying to track this about a year ago. Hands down, my most used are the All Year Cheer series (I have all three) and backgrounds, especially Print Pattern and Linen. After that, I seem to grab In Full Bloom rather often for birthday, wedding, sympathy and get well cards. HTH

I use my flowers, and All year cheer, I have infants so I've been using the A is for adorable (so cute). I just got sweet shapes(I can't wait to try something with it) I also want to by either the Wildlife resever or Nobal deer so have something for the men in my life.
It's so hard to choose wich set's to buy!! I want them all so I have something for every occasion. I think which sets you use depend on what your doing with them...scrapbooking, invites, birthday parties for kids, cards there's just so much you can do.
Lately I've been using my print pattern bg stamp more than anything. Small script is another one. I just got Warm Words, so I'm sure that will be pretty high on the list soon enough as well!
I don't have tons and tons of sets. I try to buy sets that I think will be very versatile. I use the Print Pattern, Canvas, Fine Lace, and Weathered background stamps quite often. The sets I use most often are: Oh My Word, All Year Cheer, Best Blossoms, and the Hostess set with the basket and bucket.
I'd have to say I love using Floral Stamps and Nature Stamps I have them from many different companies. My gallery is filled with mostly Floral and Nature cards.
But a Christmas time I really Like Snowmen stamps and Snowflakes.
So I can't pin point just one company...Because I use a lot of different ones.
