I almost always make 4 1/4 X 5 1/2. On rare occasions, I might make a 3 X 6.

99% of the time I make 4 1/4 x 5 1/2, the other 1% I make smaller ones, 2x2 or 3x3.
I do flip the big one around and sometimes do 5 1/2 x 4 1/4 if that counts

I'm almost exclusively a 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 gal but I do love to make square cards too! Then I keep them to 4 1/4 x 4 1/4 so I can still use the same envelopes ;)

I typically stick to A2 size (4.25" x 5.5") and 5.5" square cards.

99% of the time I do A2. The other 1% varies. If I find a new technique, I try it. The Napkin fold is about 6x6 and the double tri shutters are pretty big. I don't usually make any smaller than A2...

I make 4-1/4 x 5-1/2 mostly. I buy my white cardstock at Sam's. It's called Image Plus, and costs about $8 for a pack of 250 sheets. I use it for my card bases, (cut in half, a sheet makes two) and then attach the cardfronts, so my cards are white inside.

I also use the Sam's cardstock for stamping images and coloring. I know there are folks that buy more expensive cardstock, but I'm happy with it and like it a lot.

Very rarely, usually for a grandchild, I make a larger card, 5 x 7, or a square card, 5 x 5. But then you have to make a special envelope, so I don't do that much. I get my envelopes at Sam's, too, and they are a standard invitation size and fit the 4-1/4 x 5-1/2 size cards. I like to put a liner in the envelope to match my cards, and frequently do that.

Here's a link to a great little tutorial for lining envies to match your cards. It's really easy to do and adds a lot I think.

It's great reading all the replies!
My instinct is to make a 5"x7" card, because that's most like the size I would buy in a store. But I've noticed that most stamps seem to be geared toward smaller cards.
