Default What papers do you use for Vintage cards?

I like Jenni Bowlin.

Any others?
Thanks,
Karen

I use Basic Grey, My Mind's Eye to name a few.

I can usually turn any paper line vintage with some ink and the stamps.

Graphic 45 has some great vintage looks from the 20's and 30's - my current favourite is Curtain Call which features images from dance halls - think Charlie Chaplin, flappers, roaring 20's.... Black and sepia tones mean i don't have to add additional inks to age them.

I like Stella Rose..they have some neat 6x6 pads. I've also admired some Melissa Francis papers but currently don't own any.

Default Crafty Secrets CD

If you want unlimited vintage, you really need to check out Crafty Secrets "Creating Vintage Patterns" CD. The designs are awesome. Here's some information about the CD:

Print one of the 24 black png files or the 72 colored vintage patterns any time as you need. Print on paper, cardstock, fabric sheets in silk, canvas and cotton, or the great variety of printable mediums available. The 70 embellishments include roses, frames, journal and recipe cards and so much more. Digi users will love that the files are tagged for easy organizing. Not affiliated with them, just a contented customer.

I have an old hymnal and some old math books that I use on vintage card. I tear out a page and cut it to the size I want. I bought the books at flea markets and antique stores.
