Yes, you are probably right. I was trying to find one just like it to compare, but couldn't. Okay, I will put down '83 (but it must be smudged a bit because it looks a lot like '63) when I list it (Hopefully today I will be finishing up posting the gigantic collection on Ebay if anyone is interested in any stamps (I'll be including some freebie stamps too because I've still got a duffle bag of unmarked stamps or stamps that I just don't feel like taking pics of/posting) Here is the Ebay link: Items for sale by harpist724 | eBay

The best way to find out a stamp's value is to do a search for completed listings on Ebay to see how much that stamp sold for. If that stamp has not sold in the last 6 months, you can estimate its value based on the amount similar PSX house stamps sold for. Condition is important--for ex: if there is a lot of staining, that could affect the value.
