What do you think?
I made this purse last night as part of a thank you gift for a girl who has babysat for me all summer. Her fave colors are black and hot pink. I know she desparately needed a new purse, but never wants to spend the money on one, so I just made one. What do you think?

I will take that as a major compliment then! I did have a lot of fun making them, I guess I wouldn't even know where to start though! I do have a
very small shoppe in an online boutique for my scrapbook stuff, I will have to see if the owner would let me so something like that. Thanks for the vote of confidence!

I was where you are a few months ago, rarely sewing anything! Then I inherited my grandma's fancy-schmancy sewing machine and now I can't stay away from it! I love it!
I don't do well with patterns though, so it was all free style. Wish I had more info or a pattern to share!

Now there's an idea!
I bought fabric tonight for a bag for my daughter's teacher, I just couldn't pass it up. My local quilt shop had addition and subtraction fabric with a coordinating lunchbox fabric. SOOOOO stinking cute. I will share when I finish it!

She will be the envy of all her friends! Hey, sewing for stamps can work! I got a pattern for a little scrap bag at a local quilt shop, and have been making and selling those things like crazy. Helps so much with the budget. You did GREAT!
