I have the SU! Angel Policy set of 4. I was wondering if that is all you need to be in compliance with the angel policy. The one I like most is 'hand stamped by an angel. I also have a regular addy label with my name and contact info.
My favorite is one that says simply "I KNEW you'd look!" I got this one because of my SIL. When I give her a card the first thing she does (before even reading the inside) is to flip it over and look at the back. She about fell over when she saw that stamped there.
Others:
"Stamps: $6,000.00, Supplies: $4000.00, Handmade Card: Priceless!" from Viva Las Vegas Stamps.
"This is an individually crafted WORK OF ART. Any smudges, splotches or other irregularities are intentional and do not diminish the quality of this piece in any way."
AND
"Enclosed is a HANDMADE CARD. As such it deserves a place of honor and respect in your home and should not be casually discarded like an ordinary store-bought card."
I have a stamp that was made for me that features a cat and my name "Jackie" is in the body of the cat. The website for these cute stamps is www.cistamps.com and they have quite a few really cute handcrafted personalized stamps.

I use a couple of stamps : one in the middle (currently a palm tree w/ dreamin' written under it, but has been a cat, a cross, and a couple of others) and one in the bottom left corner that says something like "Handstamped Art Limited Edition 1/1". I put a number beside it (currently up to #225. That's how many handmade cards I've made for people. I don't number Christmas cards...) Then I sign my name, draw my unique smiley face and put the date.
I am a bunny collector. I have hundreds of unique and ordinary bunny and rabbit items around my house. It is a sickness. So...I stamp the back of my card with that cute little bunny from Gifts of Spring that says hand stamped by over its rear end. I sign my name and the year under it. It is the stamp I really use the most and my friends get a charge out of it.
I found the signature stamp of my dreams on eBay. It is by River City Rubber Works, and is a bar code with the word 'priceless' written underneath. (I'm also getting two of those backgrounders by Sonlight Impressions from the same seller -- so excited!)
Hi!
I have a bunch of "hand stamped by" stamps that came from SU over the years as either sets, hostess sets or from the incentive sets. I'll use those as long as they go with the design or else I'll use a small stamp that coordinates with the front of the card. My favorite is to sign my first name and then stamp "I only stamp on days that end with "Y"", which was a stamp my best friend bought me many years ago.
I use a SU stamp I bought on ebay "original design by".. but I cut off the pen above the saying, bought a stamp that said Be Mine and cut off the M & B (my initials) and stuck them on the first stamp. It would have been cheaper to buy a personalized stamp from SU. Oh well.
I must admit, I have been obsessed with signature/back stamps since I first read this thread and realised that people personalise their cards even more in this way. I also found a different Hallmark-style stamp on VLVS. It has the famous crown with the word "Handmade" underneath in the Hallmark typeset. I completely blew my budget this month, tho, so alas I won't be getting that any time soon. (Hmmm....maybe I should email the catalogue page that stamp is on to my DH and let him know just how cool I think it is....)
My best friend bought me a stamp that simply reads "Handmade by Garnet Parker." I use it almost exclusively.
I have a few silly ones that came in grab bags, which I almost never use. Anyone want a stamp that says, "I love rubberstamps and my husband... in that order."? I'll send it to the first person who PMs me.
I have several SU! ones, some from 12 years ago!! I also stamp my initials with the date. One of my favorites is: "When you care enough to send the very best." I think I bought this 12 yrs ago from SU! when they used to carry different manufacturers.
Hey, Redapron...
Nothing wrong with just making it to the Library. Our local library just had a picture appraised at 1.5 million dollars!!! Now the city wants to sell it because of the budget...How dumb is that!

I would imagine the cost of insuring and maintaining that kind of picture might bust the library's current budget a little. But it is cool to think one of our cards might make it to the library and get appraised for that kind of money!

To those of you that don't "sign" your labor of love, I'm wondering why not?
Helpme please pm me with info for this awesome sounding stamp! Kim

I finally broke down and got a stamp that says "Leslie Jones Card Co... A handmade original." It's a little circle with an adorable font and a stamp with a heart on it in the center. You can get it (or many other choices) at PaperAngel.com. (Not Expensive) I love it!
I have a couple that I bought at Joann, simple ones that just say "hand made with love" then I write my name next to it. I do need an SU one though, since I'm starting to use more of their sets. Love the Hallmark one, & the one with the bar code!!
I have a personalized stamp that says "Kreations by Kris". I originally ordered one from SU, but the letters were too small for my liking. I got mine made at Office Max. Not much bigger, but enough to make a difference to me. Before I got that one one, I bought one from Michael's that says "Just For You" in a fancy curly script. I liked that one too, but I like the fact that I don't have to sign it when I use the personalized one. Great thread. I love seeing what other people use.

I have one that says 'Better than Email'; I also have the barcode 'handstamped' one -- these are my favorites. I'll probably get the Hallmark one too, that is too cute to pass up.
On cards that I sell I also have a clear label that lists my business name and website.
I've also made clear labels that say something like you have my permission to use this card for pieces.
I typically use the barcode "handstamped" in the bottom left corner, and then I have one that is similar to the Hallmark stamps in that link but not quite so... "in your face". Mine has the crown, and then below it says "Handmade" in the same font that would normally say "Hallmark". I usually put this in the center of the back.
When I'm feeling more whimsical, I have others that say "Sealed with a Fish" with the image of a fish puckered up for a kiss, and "Made in Green and Gold Country" with a football, etc. I also have the SU Angel stamps if I'm making any to sell.
I have a couple of the SU handstamped ones I use. My favorite one for relatives and friends is one I had made up that says Handstamped by Judy
Either I really like you...or I have way too much time on my hands....
Everyone seems to like it.
I have a barcode one that says "priceless" where the numbers would be under the barcode. And I usually sign a tiny "J" next to it.
Does anyone ever suggest you are conceited when they see that stamp on the back? I have that same stamp for the back of my cards (got it from CHF ) and originally loved the idea to pieces, but these days I am a little self-conscious. I still use it, but every time I stamp it I'm like, "I wonder if this comes off as arrogant...."

For all we pay in supplies and precious time stolen away from family and work--PRICELESS IT IS! Be a DIVA--be arrogant! LOL
I have a couple stamps I use. One is a bar code that says handstamped underneath it, then I have a incentive stamp that says handstamped with a flower spray, and my favorite is a crown (like the Hallmark crown) that says Hallmark eat your heart out!
Aside from Ebay, where do you get this Hallmark stamp? I MUST have it!!
Well, I've seen your gallery I don't think you have anything to worry about
It's THEIR problem!
Awww you are very kind!!!
And dkessler, you are right! That is the spirit in which I purchased the stamp! I personally think all the cards in the gallery here (and all the handcrafted cards that aren't!) are priceless; don't know why I somehow think my own are excluded.

I have been lucky enough to have received a card from Sarah and she used this stamp on the back. It is very cute!! Where did you get that by the way?
I have SU's handmade with love II, but I don't really love the stamps in it. I only ever use the same one which is "original design by:" That's the only one I like in that set.
My friend who recently got me into stamping got her first Angel stamp on Saturday when our order came in! I'm so jealous...I want one! But for now I have a little daisy stamp that says 'hand stamped by:" and I write my name on there after it. ;)
I have a stamp that says "handstamped by" and then I sign my name underneath. Below that, I have a ornate "G" for my last name and under that, I put the year.
My newest stamp that I put at the very bottom says "this card is made by hand. If you throw this card in the garbage, those same hands will make a doll in your image and stick pins in its butt."
