I wound up with three 50% off coupons -- and bought three cubes locally. I was visiting my sister this weekend, and she had two coupons and GAVE them to me. I bought two more at her Michaels. Woo hoo!
We went to M's this weekend. I was only buying a CB die set, but was using a 40% off Joann's coupon. The sales clerk asked me if I wanted to keep my coupon and sign for their 50% off coupon!! What a sweet gal!! They had no new CB folders though.

After seeing about M's sale here on SCS I had to make a special trip to town. I was in the parking lot waiting for the doors to open (but I wasn't alone LOL )
2 new Cricut cartridges are now safely tucked in my Stamp Room.
My neighbor gave me hers, so I went back and bought the cute metal truck planter. I'm going to use it as decoration in my craft room. It's going to sit atop my Ikea Expedit shelf and I'm going to put stamps in the back! Like Loads of Love! :mrgreen: Hubby drives a pick up, so it reminded me of him. ;)

I really wanted these and did two separate purchases, such a nice clerk: a Memory Makers lazy susan desk organizer and a 48 set of Prisma pencils totaling with tax just over $50.00.
Well I finally decided to make the jump and the awesome white storage cubes. Bought one on Wed. to deside, loved it. In fact my DH loved it so much he said by more!! Well one store had some in stock and were supposed to holding them, got there and they had sold them! :( The extremely nice manager said that he would give me a raincheck for the 50% price (on 5!!!!) Well I also had him check another store that thought somemay come in on the Friday truck---- they got them but they were the brown ones. The other store manager was so awesome that she sold me 6 of them at the old price (new rpice is 34.95). They also let me use coupons!! DH spent Saturday night putting them together!!!!! Loving my new storage, no more piles, bags and boxes!!
I know alot of people complain about M's, but I have to say they were very nice and accomodating after the screw up!!!!!
I didn't use mine because I couldn't find anything but then today in the mail I rec'd a nice color 1/2 page postcard from M's. First time ever I've gotten one in the mail. It has a 50% coupon on it. So maybe they will now be more generous with their coupons. Now if we can just figure out how to bombard them countrywide with suggestions on updated/new products to carry. Even the newest Cuttlebug folders would be nice to see at M's.
I've been getting those postcards for a few months. I don't know if it's a hit-or-miss kind of thing or what, because my friend does not get one. I don't remember signing up at a Michaels store, but I have been getting their on-line ads. The postcard I got the other day was just for framing.
Usually Prisma's or other things I want are 25% off when they have a 50% coupon. I was thrilled to be able to finally get my 120 set of Prismas!!! Often i get adhesive...or nothing. They need new stuff!! I used those coupons in the past to get my $25 CH 12x12 vertical storage packs.
I used my Mike's Coupon at Beverly's to get QuicKutz Nesting Ovals. I love that Bev's will take all competitor's coupons because my Beverly's is better than my Mikes.
Michaels and Joann's are having 50% off coupons starting 4/13/2008. They were putting them in my bags after I had purchased sale items this monday.
so be sure to get those coupons.

Michael's didn't have the Big Bite that I wanted, so I gave the coupon to a woman in the store. I had a 30% off coupon for Archivers, so I bought the Big Bite there.
