A picture might help if you are able to post one. But, I had a pack of designer series paper from SU that featured their Real Red, some patterns also had the Old Olive, and the neutral was Very Vanilla. Are you sure it's "white" and not "vanilla" ???
with Polka Dots it really sounds like the package I had; if that's the case it is for sure Real Red. I'll try and find a card I made with it and maybe post it if possible.
I know I used a lot of that package last Christmas; but I'd had it for two Christmases so at the beginning of the year I gave everything I had left away to people in my stamp club.

In the fall/winter 2007 there was "Cerise" DSP which was Real Red and Vanilla. It had a variety of patterns, including polka dots, stripes, florals, medallions.
In 2009/10 the Patterns DSP comes in RoseRed/white.It has a lot of polka dot type designs.
Maybe it's one of those...
These are very old papers with a pattern on only one side and they came in 8 1/2" X 11". The color is Real Red. There were lots of different individual colors. I think these were some of their very first background papers.
