Question What are Bellas?/Looking for Bellas *merged*

At the risk of sounding as if I've been under a rock for awhile what is this Bella thing that is creating such a fuss in the forum? I have no idea what you ladies are talking about.

www.stampingbella.com

I think this is a pretty new company, so I wouldn't expect to see them in stores. Also, you might wanna know these are unmounted rubber, so you gotta have acrylic blocks, and ez mount, if you love having foam.

Bellas are part of a line of *unmounted* rubber stamps from a new designer, StampingBella. She launched her site in December 2006, I believe. She (the designer/ creator-bella) is located in Ontario, Canada. Like I said, they are unmounted - rubber only - so you can decide how you'd like to mount them.

Hope this helps!

You can store them unmounted, and then mount them temporarily on acrylic blocks using a temporary glue such as Tack It Over and Over by the people who make Tacky Glue, or EZ Mount if you'd like to have a temporary bond with foam between your rubber and the acrylic block.

Or you can buy permanent adhesive foam and wood blocks and mount them on wood if you'd rather (like what you do with SU stamps).

This won't help you out at all since you are in Florida, but I thought I'd share with others...

They are sold at both Cherished Scrapbooks stores (Mississauga and Thornhill) in Ontario.

Default bella stamps

I keep seeing cards that have somekind of "bella" stamp. What company makes these? They are so cute. I have seen a shopping one, a bikini one, etc.

Thanks in advance

Default Bella stamps

What's the website for the Bella stamps?

I was trying to use the search option but it must be down because I keep getting the database error here.
TIA

No, they're just rubber. You need a block (as I'm sure you know) and you can attach it to your block in a number of ways. I've just put double sided tape all over my block and it's stayed sticky for weeks.

LOL It is a line of stamps. They are mostly of skinny women in various poses. You could go to the gallery and type "bella" in the search and you'll see.

Visit www.stampingbella.com and click on the "Bellas" section. They're awesome! She has great non-Bella stamps, too!
