I'm fairly new to the concept and am trying to figure out what an ATC card is and what their purpose is. I've come across some swaps for them but I'm not sure what they are.
Location: back in a gated community...the twins are mobile!!!!!!!

Artist's Trading Cards (I believe that's right). Search the gallery for examples. There are tons!
They are just a way to share ideas w/o making a full card or card front.
