WHAT 3 BG STAMPS ARE YOU ALL BUYING FOR THE SPECIAL THIS MONTH.
I'm still a little up in the air as far as which ones I want to get so hopefully by doing this I can get a little perswaytion fron you ladies here.this is what I already have but need to add to it.
french script
print pattern
fine lace
antique cracking
safari but in a smaller sqaure
I was thinking of these and need to narrow my decision down to 3.what should I do.
crosshatch
happy birthday
linen
word by word
soft swirls
holiday print
maybe I'll have to do this twice this month.but if you had to only pick from 3 of these which 3 would it be.

wow lucky you have someone to split it with that's a ton of money good thing you were able to get the special and save a bundle on the whole set.

I bought Crosshatch, Print Pattern & Houndstooth. Houndstooth is probably one of the least popular, but I LOVE every card I see with it!! Hopefully I can use it as artfully as I've seen here

I started trying to pick out some letters and decided that I'm an all or none kind of girl. Plus my Mom doesn't have room for it, so it's going to be living at my house. Lucky me!
I'm only buying two (French script and Dots & Daisies). My stamping friend is buying the third. We're splitting the total cost three ways-that way, we both get a deal
I'm getting linen and crosshatch and the third one is for my mom for mother's day. Another crosshatch. It certainly is a tough decision. I've fretted about it to a number of stampers!
I'm thinking about adding floral to my list after looking at some of the samples you ladies are showing.especially the cut out version Dawn made can you image how that would look if all the flowers were colored in.wow.Lot of work but it would be gourgeous.

Here's one I did for a swap where I colored in the flowers on floral. I did it with the ink pads and sponge daubers. It's a little washed out here, but really pretty IRL.
I'm new to background stamps, just got French Script last month. I was debating what to do for this month's order when, lo and behold, the special was announced! So, I got Print Pattern, Linen, and Floral. I'm looking forward to trying them out.

I was able to get 6, also. By Definition, Safari, French Script, Linen, and Simple Stripes. They should be here tomorrow, so they should keep me busy for awhile!
I got french script, canvas and word by word. I only had print pattern before the special and I ordered linen before the special to do a show to promote the backgrounds.

I am buying cheesecloth (which I originally hated - but thanks to the talented ladies here I just need to get), crosshatch and linen. It is hard to decide. I already have canvas, soft swirls, french script, word by word, by definition, print pattern, paisley, houndstooth, on the spot - ahh I did not realize how many I had. I amazed that I can come up with 3 more to buy. But they add so much to a card.

rubbernecker wow I love the colors in your floral bg card.this is no doubt a hard decision after seeing too many cards done with the floral bg now.I think I may be doing 2 seperate orders this month.this is killing me!Can you just Image if su had specials like this every month.it's bad enough with the mini catalogs but specials too.hhhmmmm! not a bad idea SU SHOULD THINK ABOUT IT A different special every month...
buy 2 packs of paper get the 3rd free.
buy 3 ink pads get the 4th free.
buy 3 small wheels 4th free.etc etc maybe we should pass this on to them with the new catalog coming out be maybe they would be up for it.

I am finding this interesting I to am not sure which i will get I have canvius and print pattern already so for sure getting linen and floral but not sure on the other

man...you read my mind on this question.. i was about to pose it to everyone...i have NO bg stamps... :( so i want to start my collection out now that there's a special i'm inclined to get the linen since its in the mini catalog. anyway i have a tough decision to make as i'm a student with not too much extra...anyhow i must support this vverrry addictive habit!

I have yet to decide. Think I will put my catty by the computer and check out yours. I understand the monogram ones count too! I was thinking about those too!
I purchased these:

3. floral (only because of the gallery...not because of the picture of it in the catty)
The picture in the catty makes it look so ugly. I did two cards at a stamp camp that would blow you away. I need to post them, I have that one on my list.
Only three? I'm taking advantage of this special! I only currently have 2 or 3, so I ordered 9 this month. I don't have them yet, but I can't wait. Honestly, I could have ordered more, but the budget is screaming at me.
