Modest amount of stamps, accessories, and paper
No Marvy Scalloped Punches
JoAnn Fabric is useless in Corvallis for anything but fabric. You can find cricut/cuttlebug stuff and a small amount of paper/accessories (i.e. DCWV paper pads) at the JoAnn Fabric in Albany right on Santiam Hwy.
In Newport off the top of my head there are:
Craft Warehouse
116 S Coast Hwy
Newport, OR 97365
(541) 265-2642
Memories By Me
424 SW Coast Hwy
Newport, OR 97365
(541) 265-2072
Little to no stamps (usually only a few beach/oregon themed)
Modest amount of embellishments (including Marvy Punches)
Quite a bit of paper/adhesive/etc.
Hope this helps!

SORRY! One of my ALL TIME FAVORITE SHOPS First Impressions is not longer in business... At least not at the Freemont location. I drove by there about a month ago and they were GONE!
My parents live in south beach (which is a suburb of Newport) and it seems to me that there is a chain store there called Craft Warehouse and they have clearance bins of wood mounted stamps usually... and Maybe just maybe there may be a scrap store there now too? (not positive) it may be a drive up or down the coast from Newport.

She did retire. I was talking to Carol the owner of Peddler's Pack the other day and she said that she had retired. It ashame. I wish someone could've bought it from her. She tried to sell it but I guess no takers from what Carol said!

OMG..yes she has bazillions & trillions of paper...lol OK, you know what I mean!! I love that place!!
I just saw this thread Anna (which I was searching for something else). I knew the owner of First Impressions. Donny had the business for 20 years and just wanted to retire and not worry about retail. She first started in stamps in about 1986 when she and a friend (Julie) did home parties. Not long after that she opened First Impressions. She just couldn't find someone who was willing to purchase the business, which was a shame.
I assume that you were coming here on vacation. Did you get to visit any of the stores listed and did you like them? I've never been to scattered Pictures nor Paper Doll.
