Default WCG II verses Terrific Tulips

Are these sets too much alike or can you demo both of them and people say "Oh la la, I must have BOTH?"

I have TT and also have WCG on my wish list. I LOVE most of the flower sets.... problem is I have too many!!! But I think they all have a unique quality to them.

I have TT, and I have almost bought WCG several times and then I change my mind because I think it's too close to TT. I convince myself to get something totally different, I'm a hobby demo so I really just buy what I like and I can't make a decision on this. good luck, lisa

I have both sets. I love WCG2 the best, though. I like it because the cluster of stems can be used with other flowers from other sets. I think too that the stems and leaves are easier to deal with. I do use the TT set, but not nearly as often as I use the WCG2. Hope this helps.

If you are deciding on something to buy-I would choose one of these to start. The new catalog is coming out and I am guessing one of them will retire (JUST A GUESS! LOL)
I have both but find myslef reaching for Tulips more

Check the gallery- a lot of cute things have been made with the tulips out of the box

I struggled with this when choosing alternate sets to replace what I had already when buying my demo kit. I took TT in the demo set and decided I'd get WCG2 in my first order just because it 'fit' that way. I think they are both great sets and I want them both! I think either makes a great impression at a workshop.

I had been wondering the same thing myself when one of my demonstrator friend showed us all the "non"tulip things you can make with the TT set by thinking "outside the box". She had a beautiful wreath, an Easter bunny and more! I'm thinking TT. Plus I'm waiting until after May 1 to see if the other retires.

Both sets make a wonderful impression at workshops. You might have to flip a coin or something (that is if you can't just get both).

Hmmmmm......Heather, what are all of those "non-tulip" things that you can do with TT? My curiosity is peaked because I love that set.

WOW, I can't believe all the things you can do with it! I have always disliked TT, I prefer Roses in Winter and Daisy. Many times I have almost purchased WCG2. After seeing the pumpkins made out of tulips I admit I may have been wrong about TT. I will bet that TT and Daisy will be the flowers sets to get the axe in July, just my guess.
