Several of mine have a curve now and I cracked the join on others. It was always my fault, by not running through straight or cranking it through with the open edge first - or just using too much pressure.
Not sure in what manner yours warped, but those with a curve I run through cupped downward in hope they will eventually flatten, and it helps. For those with bad flaps I secured outside the seam with Blue Painters Tape..
If warped side-to-side you might try inserting your paper then aligning the pattern, then taping the sides before cranking through. Hopefully this will help a bit.

We have major warped ones that went through a very tight machine. Possibly use less pressure, especially if the Spellbinders Platinum, as they are tight. Maybe do not not use all of the plates but use paper shims to emboss but may help flatten it. Gayle has great ideas.
In this summer's heat wave, I just set one outside for awhile. I laid it open textured sides up, on our patio table, in the shade. Left it there about an hour + -.
That would be my suggestion too. Heat the embossing folder gently, using a hair dryer, hot water or sunshine maybe. Just don't melt it. Then while still warm tape closed and place between some books or heavy flat materials and let cool completely. Hopefully it will flatten that way.

I warped one by making it too tight in the "sandwich" Completely my fault and it felt way too difficult cranking it thru. I flattened it by putting it below a stack of heavy books and leaving it for a long time...... like over a month. Came out perfect.
It is still so crazy hot here, that I would certainly try putting 3 or 4 sheets of card stock down on the concrete, then put down the warped EF, then top off with heavy books, etc.
