I’ve been organizing my stamps and found a selection of vintage “Ladies” sets that I would like to stamp a series of cards with. They are:
Betsy the Beekeeper
Franny Farmer
Holiday Hannah
Nellie the Nest Lady
Winter Wilma.
Can any of you fellow vintage stampers think of any other SU sets that should also be included?
adding:
Stella Stamper
Country Angel
Friendship Gardens
One Small Seed

Reason: Adding to the list
Diane, thanks! These two sets will combine beautifully with the others. Now I’ll have to keep my eye out for a good price on these. I just love these older stamp sets

I, too, love the older stamp sets. There was incredible detail in the artwork, beautiful and unique quotes, and they were wood-mounted red rubber (still my preference). I bought all the SU! annual catalogs back to 1999 from someone here on SCS several years ago because it's fun to look through them for the artwork.
Holiday Hannah was my very first stamp set. I will always keep her and still use her. I remember sitting in my car after the first SU party I ever attended and thought to myself, "Uh oh.....I think I may be in trouble here...." and I was right. Lifelong hobby....

I just acquired Holiday Hannah. I can’t wait to try her out I just finished a Nellie the nest lady card.
This is why I have not gotten rid of my old vintage sets from when I started stamping. You never know when they might be just the perfect one!!!

Thanks for your positive response to my cards. I’ve been on a break for more than a year and this was my first project to get started up again. It’s been a joy to create again.
