the tables have been turned! I told my 18 year old daughter to clean the kids bathroom today... she did half of the job, but left a few things un-done (like HELLO? cleaning the toliet bowl)... so I reminded her to do that. She was reading a book, and I playfully grabbed her 'bookmark' and said 'what is this?" she said 'it's my bookmark.' I said 'that's not a bookmark! You have a stamping mom and you use a blank recipe card for a bookmark???? Let me make a real bookmark for you!" She claps her hands together in glee and says 'oh will you make it right now?" I'm so excited for a reason to stamp... off I go to stamping la la land and not until later do I realize she sidetracked me enough I forgot to make her do the rest of the bathroom! Now THAT is a deceptive girl. what kind of child uses her mothers OBSESSION to get her way???!!!????
p.s. the bookmark was made in her wedding colors and is adorable!

Is there any hope for us in our addiction? Cuz I know I would have done the exact same thing! A blank recipe card for a bookmark?! Oh the horror of it! LOL!

ahhhh she'll have plenty of toilet bowl days ahead of her if there is a wedding coming up! treasure the stamping. they bowl is porcelain it'll survive one more day LOL!
