Default Valentine Fun Dip Template

Awhile ago, I came across directions to make a cute little treat holder for Valentine Fun Dip. Not sure if it was here or on a blog, but perhaps someone remembers better than I do, and can help locate it. TIA

Skip To My Lou has a cute "Envelope Refashion" that I did last year - my girls helped me and we got lots of compliments on them!

Thank you everyone. Taylor's is the one I was thinking of, so I made some of those, with a few adjustments and my cricut, and some of the matchbook style. DD needed valentines for her K class, daycare, and wanted a few for her choir tonight, and we got them all done.
