Vacation in Miami Fla ? LSS?

I'm going on vaction to Miami next week and want to find as many scrapbook/stamping and quilting shops as I can while I'm down there. If anyone is familiar with the area please help a sista out with shop names and addys! TFS!

Don't know where in miami you will be but if at all possible try and get to Stamp Shack in Ft Lauderdale http://www.stamplauderdale.com/Stamp...auderdale.html

There is so much to see so plan on some time.

There is The Scrappy Stamper in Miami (Pinecrest area, right on US 1) While the stamps are not cheap, you will get wall to wall stamps and goodies! And Carol, the owner, is an absolute sweetheart. She's at:

Thanks, this sounds like it might be close to Biscayne Bay where I'll be staying with my uncle.

It's a bit of a jump from Biscayne Bay -- maybe 25-30 minutes drive further south if you stick to USHwy1 ~ both are blocks from each other though - you can go from one to the other :mrgreen: Oh and just FYI, unless it's changed, Scrappy Stamper is closed on Sundays and Mondays ;) Have a safe & fun trip!

I'm at my Uncle's now and will have to get back in the car again :( to check them out. Gotta go now to see them. Thanks soo much for your help.

Went here this a.m. on way into Miami, they were having a class and the place was packed! It was soooo awesome, I was freakin' out, I wanted to get my fingers inky sooo bad! I picked up a few new items and can't wait to play with them. Thanks for all the great info!

Anything else while I'm down here that I need to check out?
