Perhaps I am blind, but tonight I made a card that used no SU stamps and I didn't know where to put it! I scrolled up and down the list 3 or 4 times and couldn't find a category that was appropriate. I finally put it under the letter title that the Stamp started with! Your help on this would be greatly appreciated! I would hate to think I am messing up the whole categorized system Thanks!
Perhaps you used a technique? We have a few galleries set aside for some featured techniques. Otherwise, the default -Member Gallery- is fine. BUT... pleaaaaaaaaaaase don't forget to add some Keywords!!!! (You may add Keywords on page 2 of the upload process.) You should include names of stamps or stamp companies and techniques and products in the Keywords section. This is what the SCS Search engine uses when someone's looking for all cards by 'XYZ Stamp Company', for example. (Er...that's not a real company, by the way. ;) )
What, a card can be made without SU! stamps? Ha Ha!
Actually, I think it would just go under members galleries.
I just knew someone would say that!!! First post too!LOL
Thanks for your help fellow Canuck! I thought member galleries was for something else like...well I don't know what , but I didn't think it was the right one. Perhaps next time I use non SU I will be sure to incorporate a CC or technique or something that makes it stand out! Thanks again!
I just had to jump in here because it is all Canadian! Now how often do you see that?! LOL I usually do as the above suggested. Upload to my member's gallery or a technique or theme gallery (such as frames.) I love SU but I don't always use them.
I am crashing the thread :p . I am not from Canada but I do have a brother who lives there. He met his wife on the Internet :o and they have been happily married for 6 years now with one precious little boy. I do love visiting them as Canada is a truly beautiful country. ANYHOW....side track....Yes, I too always put things in the member area. I make sure to put in the keywords "House Mouse" or "TAC". This way if someone wants to see all house mouse cards, it gets filed with all of the HM cards.

I decided to make a few albums in my gallery...one is for TAC and CTMH projects. You could make an album titled Non-SU projects. Then you can upload your projects to that folder!
Thanks for the tip Michelle! And everyone else! Had to laugh because after all this, when I checked my e-mail this morning I got one telling me SCS had to move one of my uploads (the non SU of course). I had uploaded before posting this question as it was then that I realized I didn't know where to put it! Ooops! Now that all you wonderful people have helped me out with my little quandry, it will not happen again! Have I mentioned how much SCS ROCKS!!!!!! ;)

Oh, don't worry about the gallery mods moving your card; happens all the time and it sure has happened to me, too.

Definitely put the name of the stamp company, whether it's SU or not! There are many SCSers who consider themselves "non-denominational rubbah luvvahs". (I think it was JulieHRR who came up with that term.)
Also not a Canadian... but I love Niagara Falls...
PH in Va..niagra falls!!!..lol i was conceived there 62 years ago..lol.
So now i know i can name my non su stamps..was nvr sure bout that..thx all..loves ya..Gail
