UM stamps from Carmen's Veranda & Lost Coast Designs
On 09.10.16 I attended the 2016 Heirloom in Chehalis with Covington Crafter.
The first booth we hit was Carmen's Veranda who also had Lost Coast Designs available. It's pretty hard to find completely unmounted images. This booth fit the bill rather nicely. It was really hard to pull ourselves away from it so that we could visit the other booths. As it was, we also hit it on our way leaving.
Carla (aka Covington Crafter) had introduced me to Tack 'n Peel. I've since unmounted a couple of my alphabet stamps. My only wish is that Tack 'n Peel came in a larger size than just the 4 x 6. Ah, well. I'll make it work somehow.
Here are the images I came away with:

Roberta & I had a marvelous time shopping & talking to other crafters. Here's my haul. Lovely stamps from Lost Coast Designs, Paper Parachutes & Hot Off the Press plus some dies & an embossing folder. Looking forward to playing with my new "toys!"
Purple Onion Design is an awesome stamp company that has unmounted stamps. I met Michelle (the owner) over on 2Peas back in 2003 and my first stamps were from her company! I've been an SU demo for 12 years now, but I still appreciate the patience and kindness shown to me over on the very small, but sweet 2Peas stamping forum. That was before I knew about SCS! The gals over there basically "taught" me how to stamp! :-)

Hey Roberta...I was there also. I wish I had gone around asking everyone if they were on SCS. However I was busy shopping and then went to lunch with a group of stamper friends. I live in Chehalis.... where are you from?
I had all good intentions of updating my Heirloom thread here on SCS, but with all the hubbub of just returning from Wisconsin, getting better prepared for the Whole30 and some other things that came up, somethings end up taking a back seat.
Carla and I did meet someone from Chehalis but I don't think she was an SCSer.
Anyhoo, my husband and our two dogs live in Auburn. But we're so near Covington that it would be easily confused.

I'm a huge fan and have a lot of Lost Coast's unmounted stamps. I started buying from them long ago (I think my first set was those gorgeous cameos) and just placed another order this week for three of their new border stamps.

Did you ever purchase from Stampland? I love their array of UMs as well. Also, Viva LasVegaStamps is another of my faves.
I've bought tons of unmounted stamps from Art Neko. The flower stamps are gorgeous, and there are so many other kinds of stamps in their store. I love getting the sheets of rubber stamps and then cutting them out myself.
I found out that two of the Tack 'n Peel sheets will fit beautifully inside the original MISTI. There is just a little space at the end of one edge that won't be covered (unless you cut up a 3rd Tack 'n Peel piece and fit it in there). I have one dedicated exclusively to all my unmounted Art Neko stamps. I love being able to pop a stamp in there and peel it off when I'm done. :-)
Holly, do you apply the Tack n Peel to an extra piece of acrylic or directly to the MISTI?
I put it directly on the inside lid of the MISTI. I put two of them right next to each other and they fit perfectly. There is just about 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch at the top that doesn't have any Tack n Peel. I figure with the two pieces together, that would cover most sizes of stamps.
Keep in mind - this is the original MISTI. I have not put any on the mini MISTI.
