Trying to find the Tutorial

I went to my card making class last night and our Instructor showed us how to make these beautiful flower cards. It looks like it's really complicated to make but it was actually quite easy. She didn't have a written tutorial and she couldn't remember where she saw how to do it. Does anyone know where I can find a tutorial on how to make this flower?
