Toronto Stampers?

I live in Northern Ireland and have been stamping for 10 years. I am coming to Toronto/Mississauga/Oakville during July/August (so excited!). Do any of you wonderful stampers have any ideas of shops I should visit or workshops/groups I would be able to attend?

Stamping Bella is in the GTA - Thornhill I think.
There is Bizzy B on Bloor St.

Thanks so much Anemone. I've gone into both Stamping Bella and Bizzy B's websites and they have me excited already! We just don't have that selection over here. Thanks for the info - my family aren't into crafting and I just didn't know where to start - apart from Michael's, of course.

I'm sure you could find a few Stampin' Up! demos that would be having classes in that area. If you know the address of where you'll be you can look in the demo locator and get in touch with a few!

That's a super idea Amanda and although I do want to visit shops I would really like the opportunity to stamp and chat with other stampers while I am there and that would be the perfect solution.

Well sadly a number of the stores in the Toronto/Missisissauga area have closed.

Depending on if you have a vehicle, there is an awesome store in Bolton Ontario called One Crazy Stamper. It would be about 45 minutes to an hour from Mississauga/Oakville but it's a great store with great selection of stamps (check out their on line web site and you'll see).

There is one store in Mississauga called Scrapbook Queens that has some stamping stuff but alot of scrapbooking.

In Markham (north east end of Toronto) there is a place called Pointer Scrapbooking that has a decent selection of stamping stuff too.

I live just west of Oakville but my favourite store is the Memory Keeper in Hamilton. They have a ton of stamping stuff/nestabilities etc. Great prices, great selection and easy access from the highway.
