Default Tiny square envie using punch board

I have wasted more paper (copy that is!) trying to figure out how to make this little envie gift:

Anybody have an idea? I've made a 3x3 envie but this looks to be smaller and the punch board does not go smaller than 3x3 square.

Here's her website (in German):
Stempel-Biene: Ein Goodie mit dem Stampin Up Envelope Punch Board

Oh those are SO cute!!

Okay I had to get mine out and try. I made one that was 2.25" x 2.25" - start with a 4.25" x 4.25" square - score & punch at 2.25"

In the comments she said, "Hello Jessi, the envelope is 8 x 8 cm.
I have folded at 4 cm (I think)."
Those are really cute! I was trying to think of a favor for the men at church on Father's Day. On Mother's Day I made Peppermint Patty sandwiches with a simple patterned paper center. I was thinking about some sort of chocolate with a tag, but the mini boxes would be even better. Thanks for sharing!

I have a tutorial on SCS that will work for you. You can find it here

This should work except that you would have to allow for thickness. What I do is score each side twice depending on thickness. Hope this works for you. I love the new envelope board but more often than not, I have odd sized cards and this works for me.
