Default three piece circle card pattern?

Saw a card that when you pulled the ribbon, it turned out to be a three piece card. Does anyone have the directions on how to make this?

I made a circle card several years ago for a sketch challenge. Although it has three circles, It does not open with ribbon. It swivels on a brad.

If you click on the SC83 in keywords, there are a lot of cards with circles on them and a couple more like mine. Sorry, I don't see anything like what you described.

Vic,

Thanks so much for sharing the tutorials for the Telescoping Circle Cards. They are so cute and look easy to make! I especially think children would like them, and I have a bunch of grandkids!
