Question Are these the same thing?

Ok, what is the difference between SU classic reinker and Stampin Around Ink cartridge refill? Can I use this to refill my marker instead of the classic reinker? It says on the bottle it is a special formula ink, so is this different then the reinkers that are sold now? I am making 100 graduation invitations and I used up my Ballet Blue marker so a friend of mine gave me an old bottle of Ballet Blue ink cartridge refill that she had. I just want to make sure I can use it to refill my marker and not ruin it in the process. My gut tells me it's the same thing and it would be ok, but I need some second opinions please. Thanks in advance.

They're basically the same thing. SU! used to make separate reinkers for the wheels from the pads because they were formulated differently. After 2 years of testing (done by SU!) they determined that the pad reinkers would work just fine for the wheel cartridges. So they discontinued the wheel reinkers.

I think the wheel refills were made a little bit thicker or something so they wouldn't dry out as quickly. If I'm wrong I'm sure someone will correct me!

Dannie - I believe you are correct. It should be just fine to use StampinMama1204!

Oh yeah, I forgot to answer your question! You can use your wheel reinker to fill the marker. I use my old wheel reinkers on my stamp pads all the time. I've never noticed any difference at all. Markers should be the same way too.

Thank you both for the advice. I did it, and it works just fine. I really lucked out because the bottle is almost full and she said I could keep it for free. Liesa, if you read this, Thank You and You Rock!! Also, I have to give a big Thank You to Mary Ann for letting me use her reinkers yesterday. Without my friends there would be no way I could get these invites done on time. I am giving a big virtual hug to all of you.
