Default Thermal Insulated Cups

I'm searching for thermal insulated cups that come apart so the outside can be decorated with a piece of paper (I'm sure you've all seen regular coffee mugs that can be taken apart and decorated with pictures/sayings/stamps/etc.) I thought I remember seeing them somewhere, either posted on this site or in a catalog. If anyone has any resources where I can purchase about a dozen of these rather quickly and at a decent price, I'd appreciate it. I'm trying to come up with a nice goodie bag presentation for fellow co-workers who are radiation therapists when their national recognition week comes up in November. Any other ideas would be appreciated, too.

Thanks so much.

I do know I've seen them at Michael's, but not sure of the price. If all else fails, at least you can go there :-)

I think I saw a thread somewhere here on SCS about Starbucks having their car cups on sale (this was a couple of weeks ago) The ladies talked about how you could decorate them like you're talking about, if I remember correctly. Not sure if that's exactly what you're looking for.

www.newcleardollarstamps.com has 2 styles. Look under the stampable section. They are very fast with shipping.

And clocks
And tissue box holders. I've always wanted to try these.

I got my cups at the dollar store. You really have to keep your eye out for them.

I've also seen them at Wal-Mart, they are in the kitchen section and they are called "Scrapbook Traveler" 16oz insulated cups. They are made by Aladdin.

Default Thanks re: thermal insulated cups

Just wanted to say thanks to everyone who helped out with the suggestions regarding the thermal insulated cups that the inserts can be decorated. I have yet to hit Michael's or Walmart, but so far the best price appears to be Oriental Trading at $2.95. Thanks, again for all of your assistance.

I forgot to look for these this morning, but I think I will stop in at the dollar store after I pick my son up, he's playing at a friends house. Seems like a great christmas craft project to do.

Default Thanks, again re: thermal insulated cups

Once again, ladies, I just want to thank you for your great suggestions. I checked out the Stickerplanet website and opted to order the mousepads, pencil holders and create-a-can coolers. This way, they can keep their items either at their workstation (numerous computers to deliver radiation treatments) or take them home to their personal computers. It works out to about $9.50 a person. I didn't think that was too bad. Now, the harder part, coming up with ideas to decorate. To add to the fun, there are 2 males to come up with masculine ideas for. Once again, any ideas would be greatly appreciated. I'm just thankful and relieved the actual items are purchased and will be on their way. What a great idea. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
