Are there any Spanish sets still available through SU???? I need to find some in a hurry.

there is saludos.....which is on 189 of the 2004-2005 catty.....contact SU directly and ask if there are any available...they would be able to tell u quickly i would think

Not sure how fast you need them, but with the SU shipping delays you may be able to find some retired ones on Ebay. Search " Stampin Up spanish".
