Thanksgiving Hostess Gift?

Hello Ladies,

What would you gals make for the Hostess for Thanksgiving Dinner?
My mom is hosting this year and I am STUMPED as to what to make her. I genreally buy a gift but with it being my Mom I know she would appreicate something from me and the kids more. I have already made her a card and the kids all said why they were thankful she was their Grammy.

Any help would be appreciated!

I sewed up some potholders that have pockets on the front, did a couple of recipe cards that will fit in the pocket, embellished them to match the material of the potholder, then tucked a couple of the refrigerator magnet tiles in the pocket also. These were well received, used up some of my stash of scraps, tiles, and material, and very low cost.

What about a set of stamped coasters? They're quick and easy to make and very economical. Another option would be a nice planter with a hand-stamped tag or "pick"

How about an apron for "Grammy" with the kids handprints on it and 2009 on there somewhere so she can remember when their hands were that small.

How about magnets that the kids decorate with phrases about how much they love Grammy? She could put them on her fridge.
