Thank you Stampin up demos who post on this site. Since the Stampin connection has been started by Stampin up there has been a huge drop off on stampin up cards on Split coast. I know they can not upload here, there, and thier personal blogs ( time thing). So I just want to say thank you for the few of you who do post here. I posted something similar back in Sept and the answer was school is just starting and it is to busy, it did not pick up much during the school year, and now we are in the summer... so thanks to those of you who take the time to post.. It is very much apperciated.
I appreciate it too. Helps me look for sets to buy. I usually can't hit all the blogs when I am interested in a set. If the cards/creations are uploaded here then I am usually coveting. I know it's old but I would never have found Knobbly Gnomes if it was not for SCS. I just got into stamping and didn't know a thing at all back when that set was released. I kept seeing all the creations from it and just had to have it. Out of all my stamps those gnomes are still my favorite.

I agree too. I have many Stampin Up stamps and often come here to get ideas to make a card or two. If you post your blog I will check it out as well. I enjoy the stampin up people.
Haha, read DeAnn's post with amusement. Since before I was a demo, I have loved traditionally reading the descriptions and comments from demos who had their catalogs about stamp sets that were coming out. I read about the gnomes, and many people hated them, and I KNEW that I would love them so much. I don't post my creations anywhere, but I do love seeing others'. Minders, you just crack me up -- here and on stampin connection. You are absolutely too cute, and I do love your projects. Anyway, every year, before my catalog comes (it came on Friday), I enjoy this fun tradition and would rather read about stamp sets' descriptions and comments than to actually have the book in front of me at that time!
Like Mindy I'll always post here. This is where I learned how to ride the bike so to speak. Most of the techniques I know I learned from here. Many, many projects I've made came from the tutorials here. As a demo I too miss the larger quantity of SU uploads that used to be submitted on a daily basis. I do have to say though that I noticed the biggest drop-off of SU uploads after the site was sold. Anyhow I load most of my SU stuff here. All of it on SC and most of it on my blog. AND I try my best to include sufficient information with each upload :-)
I just uploaded a few cards today. Take a peek at my gallery...or blog...oh yeah, comments are always warmly welcomed ;-)

Ah, thanks for writing. There is no place like SCS for me. The greatest, kindest card-makers around. As a demo I do post some of my cards on SU but most of my girls are here. I love the challenges and constant inspiration. I made the decision not to have a blog, so it gives me the time to actually make cards and put all the supplies with the photo. When I began I really appreciated that and now try to pay it forward for the newbies.
Mindy...all that new stuff, and you are not stamping. Get to it girl! LOL! ;-) LM

I am an SU Demo but I always post here in the SCS Gallery. SCS was and still is such an inspiration for me and so very helpful, I want to give back by posting in the SCS Gallery. Hope you enjoy what I have uploaded. :-) LM
I'm a longtime SCS member and only became an SU Demo last year. I first found SCS about 7 years ago when my SU Demo recommended it to me to help me with inspiration for my Stampin Up sets and I always tell her she created a monster when she did that because I was hooked. I love SCS and keep my gallery current because I hope it helps other SU customers out with ideas for their sets.
I met all my FAUX FRIENDS on SCS and that was long before I was a demo. I rarely go to Stampin Connection. I too learned MANY of my techniques from SCS
