Default SU Stamp Decoding

I've noticed that when some people are talking about stamp sets they will say DD stamp or BG stamp. What does that stand for? I know DD by itself is Darling Daughter but what does DD have to do with stamps? I know I'm going to feel really stupid when this gets answered, but I gotta know!!
Thanks in advance!
Angie

DD is definately decorative, referring to the larger stamps that are featured as wall decor. BG would refer to a specific stamp set, like,
botanical gardens, Bold Greetings, or Birthday Greetings, as IFB referes to the set, in full bloom.

DD stands for Definately Decorative. A term Stampin Up! uses to describe some of their "solid" stamps. They're great for stamping larger items like walls and furniture. BG I'm guessing stands for Background. These would be the stamps Stampin Up! carries that are large enough to cover a whole card. They have several that make awesome backgrounds.
